Project description: The Company EURO TIM Ltd. has been operating successfully for a number of years, but currently it is facing problems in its operations caused by insufficiently developed and inefficient business processes which slow down a number of business segments. Despite the technologically advanced production process, this is holding back the Companyโs development and hinders it from reaching the level it could reach should this problem be adequately addressed. Namely, EURO TIM manages, on a day-to-day basis, a number of different processes which create a large amount of data, and the need arose for a system which would structure the processes and automate data processing, thus ensuring more efficient, improved and cheaper business operation. This will be made possible by introducing an ERP system under the proposed project.
Objectives and expected results of the project: In order to optimize its business processes and address the insufficiently efficient current situation, the implementation of the proposed project will improve the following business processes: (1) Human resources management; (2) Finance and accounting; (3) Asset management; (4) Logistics; (5) Procurement; (6) Sales; (7) Strategic planning and (8) Risk management. The end result is the optimized operation of EURO TIM Ltd. by introducing the ERP system.
